“If you are looking for an honest, genuine and reliable company, look no further than John at Deacon Scott. Wanted worktops replacing, but was left in the lurch by two other fitters from other companies, who promised to do the job but never returned any phone calls or texts. We then got in touch with John from Deacon Scott who came across as honest and trustworthy right from the first phone call. He said what he would do, and did what he said. Said he would get in touch with one of his fitters to try to fit us in a.s.a.p. and sure enough came to the house with his fitter Steve (who did a great job) . Clare Mann –  “After having a quote from a National kitchen makeover company I contacted Deacon Scott for a quote for mainly just new doors, drawers & worktops, along with some new cabinets. The first company wanted me to provide my own floorer & tiler. John said his fitter could do all that for me and the additional labour and the cost of tiles and flooring still came in cheaper than the first quote – saving me literally hundreds of pounds. From the outset I felt confident in this company. The work was carried out to the exact timeframe given, in a clean and efficient manner. John & his staff went that extra mile – on more than one occasion to make sure I was happy, even suggesting add ons mid work at no charge. For 10 weeks I have been waiting for the flooring supplier to fit ( they said they would do it) a piece of beading they had measured up short. Having waited in, then ignoring my calls out of sheer desperation I contacted John. He sent someone out to fit it – no charge. A gem of a company!”
